Our Journey

I've spent the last decade building peer learning communities at companies like InVision and On Deck. I've seen firsthand the magic that happens when you connect the right people at the right time. But I've also experienced the challenges of scaling these programs. Manually curating groups for over 850 members, I saw the need for a better solution.

Encouraged by feedback from enterprise companies, I set out to productise the proven process. Today, we're building Coho to make it easy for employees to learn from each other, so companies can tap into the most valuable knowledge that already exists in their workforce.
